Alex Wilkie has many years experience having joined Mitchell Beazley straight from Camberwell School of Art. He then joined the BBC as a video graphic design assistant operating Quantel Paintbox in the current affairs electronic graphics department. He left to head up the graphics department of an independent video facilities company before he set up Alex Wilkie Design in 1990 which led to the formation of AWS and then of Squiggle Design.
 
Wendy Saunders studied at Wimbledon School of Art. She started her career as a typeface designer, progressing rapidly to working as a graphic designer then studio manager. Then moved into computer graphics involving R&D on new graphics software and hardware. She has been a marketing controller and a design consultant for various companies in the graphic design industry. Her varied career has also included computer systems management, project management and print buying as well as working in the London Ad Agency world. She formed AWS Design with Alex in 1994, renamed Squiggle after a lunch in Soho!
 
Abi Draper studied at Camberwell School of Art then London College of Printing before striking out as a freelance illustrator under her own brand abeenotawasp, with a soon to be published first title. Abi has worked and collaborated with Squiggle Design over the last 6 years.
 
Graeme Mackay has been working in internet web design and graphic design for over 12 years in the corporate and small business environments. He has also worked in publishing on trade magazines. He is currently working for Squiggle developing web projects utilising HTML, CSS and content managed projects.
